We've been super busy at Nest lately with a heap of new and exciting projects coming your way. With this in mind, we wanted to focus on one of our projects that have been in the pipeline for a little while now. . .
Ara Street is one of our most unique Nest Bespoke builds. Not only did we manage to fit two houses on a subdivided block, but we also ensured each of these houses had their own individualistic style with top calibre quality building at the same time!
These two beauties are located in the heart of Camp Hill; central to shopping centres, unique cafes and accessible public transport.
The blocks are accompanied with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, pools and lock up garages each- all completely built from scratch at the hands of our Nest Bespoke builders. New materials and techniques such as burnt timber, Yakisugi, and 3D renders of the homes, new and innovative textures are built into these houses to add modern twists. Collaboratively with these new building concepts and designs, we’ve created a monochromatic appeal to one home, whilst the other maintains an industrial look to showcase the similar yet diversified appearances of these blocks.
Although we can’t give too much away about these magnificent builds, they are both on sale to give you not one, but TWO opportunities to own a Nest home!
These new builds will be completed in late January to early February, so stay tuned for more updates, especially if you want to get your hands onto a Nest Bespoke build (and who doesn’t want that)!
